But, if you're also like us, you're already looking at your kiddos' Fall plans! We're finishing up the details on the Girls EDGE 8-week Fall session, soon to be announced!
What we do know is:
- As always, Girls EDGE is all about teamwork, fitness and fun, just for girls age 6-12!
- We're goofy and have a blast, but get stronger as we go, so all athletic ability and experience is welcome!
- No matter if it's a full or mini session, our classes include games, fitness fundamentals, teamwork and discussion topics to build confidence and leadership skills for our Girls EDGErs - and almost always ends in a "bring your mom/friend/aunt/grandpa/uncle/cousin/neighbor" partner workout and potluck lunch!
- The 8-week session will start September 26 on Tuesdays or Thursdays and Saturdays in Brighton (CrossFit Brighton) and Howell (FitZone for Women).
