Bring a friend partner workout and social

One of the most fun things we've done with Girls EDGE is a tradition of finishing up our 8-week session with a Bring a Friend Partner Workout and healthy potluck.




Why?  (Besides the fun we have making the moms and dads make silly faces with us!)



It's a great way for our Girls EDGErs to show off all the things they learned to the friends and family members they bring. 


It's also a great way for kids and parents to spend a Saturday afternoon, encouraging each other... from granddaughter to grandma!




Girls EDGE is all about fun and fitness, building self esteem and relationships - come celebrate with us!

The workout will be fun and very scalable for all fitness levels in groups of 2-4 with at least one adult in each group. And yes we'll play CrossFit games too! 

Bring a dish to pass for a healthy potluck to follow. This is a great way to learn more about what we do. All are welcome, bring your kids age 6+!
